So what? For many, Israel has religious significance. If God loves Israel, why shouldn’t we?
It’s not really a fair question. Ask a mother: “which child do you love more?” Most would be hard-pressed to answer.
I am a citizen of this country. It is the greatest country in the world. I would fight for this country. I love America.
But I also love Israel as it is the fount of the Jewish and Christian peoples.
Massie is anti-Israel. That’s why he is drawing Israeli opposition.
And he took massive funding from her.
I love the United States more. When I visited Israel I couldn’t find bacon.

I worked for an Israeli company in the US. Most employees were dual citizens. They were, to a man, socialists and registered Democrats. They voted in US elections for Democrat/socialist candidates but went home to live in Israel. So, they voted here and lived there, forcing us to live under candidates whose policies they liked but who were bad for the US. I’d say something has to be done to stop that. Rather than citizens, make them some other class who can work here short term, but not vote here. For the same reason you can’t serve two masters, you should not profit from one economy while living in another.
I appreciate their (Adelson, Singer and Paulson) support for President Trump and his agenda.
Massie is not a visionary. He’s thinks small.
The U.S. does not formally recognize so-called “dual citizenship” as a “thing”.
In the event of a war between the two sovereign powers associated with a case of so-called “dual citizenship”, which would have the power to draft the individual in question into the service of the nation?
Is there a big point to this, or just antisemitism by Massie? The individual has dual citizenship. Trump asked. Big deal.
Whichever one they were present in at the time. Generally countries only draft those who are currently resident.
Trump’s policy against recognizing so-called “birthright citizenship” in the children of non-U.S. citizens could begin to curtail the multifaceted issue you are highlighting.
One facet of which obviously leaps to Trump’s mind: Loyalty to our country. So called “divided loyalty’, if and where it exists in reality, is unnatural and potentially dangerous.
The State of Israel is NOT equivalent to the Nation of Israel and I do not believe that God requires us to venerate this temporal state.
I like your anecdotes! I think you’re right but only a problem for me when they’re funding opponents like this to someone I admire and a good man trying to destroy his reputation in his district and posing as conservative. Sickening.
