My perception is that Antifa is structured like a comet. There is both a solid core of Antifa operatives and activists, and a tail of anyone who wants to call themselves Antifa and vaguely subscribes to their ideology. So Kimmel can look at the tail and imagine it is just a bunch of random unassociated people without a formal organization. But that’s misdirection as they are being inspired and taught/brainwashed by dedicated cadres in the core.
Also, these are not the droids you are looking for.

Decentralization of leadership is a common feature of islamic terror organizations, and even more so with anarchists. Dividing into “cells” with vague organizational structure doesn’t mean antifa “doesn’t exist”. Their events clearly show organizational structure, funding and communications that cross regional organization to a national and possibly international structure. If they were conservative, they would be deeply penetrated by the FBI. Instead, they are given a free pass to commit violent crimes and destroy public and private property.
Antifa wasn’t fictional in 1930’s Berlin, nor is the Antifa of today, that is based on Antifa of the 1930’s, and which uses the same logo. And like the 1930’s Antifa, today’s Antifa demands change through violence. This is established history that it would behoove little Jimmy to learn about.
Lard ass is no longer worth the attention he craves.
