Trying to do physical harm is not sexual battery. If an evil man cuts the breats off of a woman for some sick, sadistic reason, there is nothing “sexual” about it just because a woman’s breasts were the objects he maimed.
That is a WAY higher crime than sexual battery.
The idiot on the plane wasn’t trying to cop a feel. She was trying to hurt the airline staff.
