Russian Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev responded on Wednesday to United States President Donald Trump's comments about the Ukraine conflict by stating that he "has once again fallen into an alternate reality."
The US president "issued a series of political incantations on the theme of 'How weak Russia is'" Medvedev wrote on Telegram. "After meeting with the clowns in Kiev and Paris, he published a colorful post. It mentions Kiev's final victory, a return to the former borders, Russia's failed military economy, queues for gasoline, and a 'paper tiger.'"
Moreover, Medvedev went on to suggest that Trump "will return. He always returns," adding that "in a couple of days, he will probably offer" Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, whom he referred to as the "green pianist," to "sign the surrender. Or fly to Mars with Musk, whom he has forgiven. Or do something else very important that will make him eligible for the Nobel Prize," Medvedev concluded.

Med Who ?
Sorry, but Trump picks the winning side, and he sees how this war is going for Russia.
Wow!
Keep making statements like that, Medvedev, and you’ll have the American Left eating out of your hand.
Oh,OK....so now that DJT has figured out that Vlad is a dangerous, delusional psychopath who’s trying to recreate the USSR he is now in an alternative reality.Got it!
Trump seemed to be in top form at the UN.
I think there’s a new weapon up Trump’s ‘sleeve’ that will soon be in the hands of Zelensky’s men. I suspect this is drone related.
FR Putinistas will be a long soon to agree with him. None ever supported Trump regardless of their claims.
Wait for it.
Which side is mounting more attacks? Answer that question to find out which side is winning. It is not complicated.
Medvedev is a talker and the time for talk is over. Trump will hammer Russia with hard sanctions, and they will hurt.
I would hope they would support President Trump instead of the unstable Medvedev.
Sorry, but Trump picks the winning side, and he sees how this war is going for Russia.

More likely the Neo Con war cheerleaders like the old washed out general Kellog got hold of his ear. The Petraues’s , Keans, etc have been saying Russia is out of ammo, missiles and men since day one….still pumping that BS.
President Trump has been tricked many times by bad advisors. Rex Tillerson, Bolton, Sessions, Barr, etc….the list is long. The take away from his UN speech is we will not get involved, let the EU, Ukraine and Russia decide this war on their own….which is the battlefield.
Some say Russia is collapsing, but the facts show the entire EU is crumbling, rioting, bankrupt, protests, Macron is on his fourth government in less than a year.

Having been in a war, the “ winner” is the one who loses the least. There are no winners, all participants “ lose”.
at this point, let them fight it out w/o our involvement. They can buy stuff from us if they want.
“Trump will hammer Russia with hard sanctions, and they will hurt [the USA most of all].”
The Russians have already bought the Chinese machinery and the used, German origin, formerly Chinese-owned machinery they are likely to need.
As long as Russia has about as many cars as it did during 1989, it will get by, and around.
As for electronics, the Russians are working hard to become independent, at least for military needs. Cellphones have very capable electronics, and Russia has millions of cellphones.
I suspect you are right. Russia’s logistic train has become vulnerable to drone and missile warfare, which may be cause for optimism. I recall just a few days ago reading Kellogg advising Trump that Russia can be beaten. Meanwhile, Russian forces continue their slow slog westward into Ukraine..
👍
Trump just dropped a rhetorical nuclear bomb on Russia at the UN. It wasn’t polite diplomacy; it was a sledgehammer to the Kremlin’s fragile ego. He called Russia what its terrified citizens whisper in private: a “paper tiger,” a humiliated shell of a once-great power. For Putin and his circle of aging, paranoid kleptocrats, that’s the one insult that slices straight to the bone.
And then came the thunderclap. Trump openly called for shooting down Russian aircraft! In Moscow, heads are spinning, fists are slamming desks, and the propaganda machine is short-circuiting.
Even more devastating, Trump flat-out declared that Ukraine — with Western help and American firepower — can reclaim all its stolen land, and maybe more. That’s the Kremlin’s nightmare scenario, spelled out in front of the entire world.
Trump pushed for peace in the past, but Russia chose war, clinging to alliances with Iran, North Korea, and China — America’s true enemies. With partners like those, Moscow has written itself out of the civilized world.
Peace with such fanatics is impossible. Futile. Yesterday made one thing clear: the era of indulging Russian aggression is dead. The mask is off, the gloves are off, and Putin’s empire of lies just got called what it truly is — weak, brittle, and destined to break.
Instead, Trump has now approved a new a massive multi-billion US weapons package for Ukraine. And I heard some pro-Russians calling Trump a “Zeeper”
That’s how mad those pro-Russians are...
Let’s pray that the 7 or 9 pro Russians on FR decide to support Trump instead of alcoholic Medvedev. We shall see....
