Likely Metformin decelerates aging by keeping blood sugar low and steady.

If this is the case then likely berberine will do the same thing.

These articles never seem to give the form of Vitamin D used. I assume it was D3.

It's critical to take a form of Vitamin D3 that will actually be absorbed.

This is by far the best Vitamin D3, which is in nanoemulsion format (oil suspended), according to ConsumerLab.com. My wife takes it every morning and it has really helped curtail her MS symptoms:

I upped my Vitamin D earlier this year and I feel better than I have for a while. The added benefit of slowing aging is nice! :)
