Likely Metformin decelerates aging by keeping blood sugar low and steady.
If this is the case then likely berberine will do the same thing.

It's critical to take a form of Vitamin D3 that will actually be absorbed.

I upped my Vitamin D earlier this year and I feel better than I have for a while. The added benefit of slowing aging is nice! :)
