Be careful with that percentage. Its worse than that. Black are 12% of population. 6% are male. Now take out males that are under the age of 12, over the age of 55, those in prison, those in hospitals, those that are handicap and you get to like, 1-2%. Young (15-25) Black Males (YBMs) are THE cause of violence, especially rape, carjacking, robbery and murder in the US.
