Fauci received a pardon from Biden. So Fauci is untouchable… for federal crimes.

It sure would be nice if some state’s attorney general could indict Fauci for a state crime.

Which is why the need to subpoena him back to congress and force testimony, risk purgery or destruction of his character but forcing his admission, he cannot refuse to answer as he cannot self indriminate.

Taking the 5th is not applicable becuase he is pardoned, so he must answer or deny and the denial will now be purgery and chargable.

No matter the Pardon, have a hearing and call Fauci a lying scumbag over and over again. Every effort should be made to DESTROY him and his legacy of deceit, deception, and destruction. Use him like a punching bag.

So Fauci is untouchable… for federal crimes.

Fauci is untouchable… for PAST federal crimes. He and all of the other criminals pardoned by the autopen are fully liable for any subsequent crimes, such as lying in any future congressional testimony.

Normally, Fauci could avoid future perjury charges by exercising his Fifth Amendment right to refuse to testify. But his pardon is the functional equivalent of Congress giving a witness immunity to force them to testify. A witness cannot be prosecuted for any past crimes that they admit to in their testimony, but they can be prosecuted for contempt of Congress if they refuse to testify and for perjury if they testify and lie.

Congress needs to take the show on the road and subpoena Fauci and all of the rest of the pardoned Biden Crime Family in the most conservative districts in the witnesses' home states, where they can actually be convicted by juries that are not packed with hard core liberal democrats.

Ask Fauci all of the same questions that he lied about in his prior testimony. I am willing to bet that he will have an attack of amnesia and repeatedly testify, "I don't remember."

Which makes it unlikely he will ever testify before the Senate under oath and if he does he will likely plead the fifth, his pardon is for past crimes any new lies he tells now could make him vulnerable to prosecution

He isn’t pardoned for future crimes. He will be asked about all this in Congress and if he lies he will be prosecuted for the new crime of perjury. All these crooks need to be forced to tell the truth openly to the whole world.

Somebody needs to challenge the concept of preemptive presidential pardons. I believe I recall Democrats bringing that up after Ford “pardoned” Nixon. Indictment and conviction should be requisite for anyone even to be considered for a pardon. After all, pardoned for what?
