Hopefully this is true and the Russians have developed such a vaccine. One thing is true. The cure for cancer will come when a vaccine is developed that will induce the immune system to destroy cancer cells that contain unique antigens. Most serious oncology research these days focuses on immunotherapy, not chemotherapy.

The most important word in that sentence is….. “IF”. And it’s a big IF.
So simple, elegant and non-invasive.
This is an Indian report, quoting an announcement at the SPIEF in June of this year.
Clearly the stats are required, and this is phrased as an early trial, which would suggest Phase I equivalent. But they aren’t going to be doing any Phase I trials unless they saw something encouraging in other work.
Phase I is a test for safety, mostly. Phase II is to see if there is in fact performance against the designated goal. Phase III is the test to see if that performance exceeds the current gold standard of treatment. If it does, then it becomes the new gold standard.

Quoting what the AI found: Phase-1 clinical trials began in June 2025 and have concluded, with results indicating significant tumor reduction, slowed growth, and in some cases, complete elimination of tumors.
It is not unusual for a Phase I trial for cancer to have volunteers who actually have a diagnosis. For other diseases Phase I might have volunteers with no disease, because the focus is just proving safety, not performance. Though this process apparently DID show performance.
Note the technique is very personalized. There is no mass produced vaccine for the population. It is tailored to the individual.

That whole message is utter investor speak.
First of all...we already use mRNA technology to train immune cells to seek out tumors. It is called CAR-T cells.
We get mRNA to integrate into immune cells to make the immune(t cells) to be able to match the receptor on the tumor cell. “Hey, tumor cell, meet your T cell executioner”
The t cells are converted outside the body and then infused into the patient . Already done old hat.
This announcement loves to use medical buzzwords with no real information (e.g. mRNA platform...vaccine? ). Announced at an ECONOMIC forum. 100% effective. Yeah?!what’s the 5 year survival rate? Effective? At what?
Buyer or believer beware. I am completely skeptical....I would need way more technical information before I would believe the announcement.

That's backwards. I read about this being done in Texas before I ever heard about Covid 19.
I seem to recall another 100% effective vaccine where everyone I know who took it actually got the target disease.
