🚨 NEW: Magistrate Judge Teresa Stokes, who RELEASED 14-time criminal DeCarlos Brown Jr., is also the "Director of Operations" at Second Chance Services, a mental health and addiction clinic in Charlotte, NC.
DOES THIS JUDGE RELEASE VIOLENT CRIMINALS INTO HER TREATMENT CENTER TO GET PAID BY A GOVT CONTRACT?
INVESTIGATE THIS RACKET!
Why am I not surprised?
IF, there is a money connection, and the Judge is part of program that put this person back on the street.....
Then it’s more than ‘conflict of interest’ its MURDER.
needs a rename
14th chance
CONFLICT OF INTEREST
You try to elevate some people by giving them responsible jobs and look what they do with it.
I wonder if even 10% of people who live off our taxes are ethical?
We had a (now-deceased) Bexar County Court at Law judge, law school classmate of mine, who did the same thing with juvenile defendants. She got in big trouble with the Judicial Conduct Commission, IIRC.
And his spouses and children are “Executive Directors” in their own not for profit race hustles.
Magistrate Judge who RELEASED 14-time criminal DeCarlos Brown Jr., is the
“Director of Operations” at “Second Chance Services,” a mental health clinic...................
Director? He should be a patient there.
That’s the professional criminal that murdered the young Ukranian woman in SC? The crime that’s not getting much coverage in the Enemy Media?

Yes...................
Nothing will happen. If anything she will be praised and celebrated for having one of her goons murder a white woman. One only need to read the comments for Karmelo Anthony’s gofundme site. Comment after comment celebrating a black boy murdering a white boy because muh reparations and muh slavery. Obama and the democrats didn’t start the white hatred but they sure did pull the mask off and made it acceptable to hate and murder whites.
Obama’s presidency has left an uncontrollable, rampant stain that will never go away. Hopefully, it will lessen...but it will never go completely away.
I have an idea, send DeCarlos Brown Jr to the mayor’s house, ..that is the ONLY way these dirtbag judges and commie mayors are going to finally get it through their thick skulls to end this insanity
Exactly
Who is going to investigate? Certainly not the Charlotte PD or City Council; or the NC State Police; or the Dem Governor, Atty General, or Sec of State. Republicans hold majorities in the General Assembly and Senate — not sure if they are in a position to investigate this type of racial/urban corruption. Depressing.
Well, may the same fate befall Ms Stokes.
It's time to reign in the judges, and their run away judicial misconduct and malfeasance. They who would judge others should be held responsible for their acts and rulings.
This happens more often then not.
A violent criminal comes before a judge, he, she has a long record of criminal activities and has been convicted of violent crimes.
The victim of the criminal asks the judge to keep them locked up because they feel that if release the criminal will seek to harm them. The prosecutor asks the judge to hold the criminal with out bail or set a high bond for the safety of the community.
The judge then lets the offender out with a minimal or no bale and the criminal then commits murder and shows up back in the same court again.....
This includes DA's who refuse to prosecute violent offenders.
Our legal standard is a presumption of innocence but it must be tempered and weighed with the safety of the people in mind and if an error is committed it should be one on the side of caution.
The hyperactive statement that "better a hundred guilty men be freed then one innocent be jailed" was and is pure pie in the sky Bull Shit - Also the judge who lets the hundred guilty escape justice was and still is living in a gate guarded community and has a better police response time then the rest of us.
It time for them to think twice before they open the gate and let animals run free.
“Director? He should be a patient there.”
Nope. He’s a grifter. That’s a different mental disease than alcoholic.
