I agree, of course, but it could be seen as so-called “reasonable gun possession restriction.” Would it be reasonable to extend it to black males 15-35? After all, it might be a slight impingement on the Bill of Rights, “but if it saved just one life, it’s worth it.” s/

I could see it if they go the following route:
1) Reinstitute the medical coding that transgenderism is a mental disorder.
2) Determine if anyone is currently diagnosed with such disorder.

Agreed. One you open that door, it will only expand on a regular basis to other demographics, especially if the democrats get back in power.

I agree, but I LOVE the trolling of the Woke Folk, who are now forced to fight publicly FOR 2A gun rights.
Just ban the ‘transgendered’ and put them in mental institutions until they are cured.

I would counter that the people selling the firearms should have the right to refuse service. I have been in the gun store when some weirdos have come in. I would not have sold them a gun.

I agree that banning “one group” is not a good thing. Banning for ‘reasons’ is fine as long as they can be applied to all.
But, the guns are not the problem. Yes…we all know that.
The right approach would be to remember that trannys are crazy, and crazy people are already prohibited from owning firearms. No need for new laws.
How about taking a serious look at banning the gender-bending drugs that may be fueling the murderous rage in these twisted people?

More productive to enforce the Bruen decision and get rid of all illegal gun control laws nationwide so innocents can more readily and easily defend ourselves from murderers.
