Not sure how much, if any truth there is to the rumors flying around social media that the DOJ was considering methods by which certain groups of people could be disarmed because of their gender identity. I would counter that the people selling the firearms should have the right to refuse service. I have been in the gun store when some weirdos have come in. I would not have sold them a gun.

I agree that banning “one group” is not a good thing. Banning for ‘reasons’ is fine as long as they can be applied to all.
But, the guns are not the problem. Yes…we all know that.
The right approach would be to remember that trannys are crazy, and crazy people are already prohibited from owning firearms. No need for new laws.
How about taking a serious look at banning the gender-bending drugs that may be fueling the murderous rage in these twisted people?

Better to qualify the psychology of such a person so that they fall under existing mental health laws regarding firearms, etc. (not that I’m wholly in support of said mental health laws).

Your best hope is to get people to self-identify what mental problems they have so you can act accordingly.
Just among the numbers that show it outwardly; look at all those self-medicating with overeating or illicit drugs. Look at all those with body-altering surgery, piercings, tattoos, under-skin implants, etc.
There will be no ban.
There WILL be a debate on whether transgenderism is a mental disorder.
