Every adoption is different. The bit about the whiskey is likely a light-hearted quip.

We adopted three, and although my wife stayed with our newborn child in the state where the child was born for several weeks as we waited for the interstate adoption paperwork to process, there wasn't a lot of "ceremony" between the birth mother and our family.

I was just listening to some of George Webb and he mentioned the elongated face and projecting chin of the shooter and the resemblance to the weird Adam Lanza face and chin and that there may be a genetic connection. George had a term for this facial feature. Maybe the Agency has a farm and is raising these miscreants?
