A few years ago I helped solve a missing cat mystery. The apartment dweller below me let his cat out to roam on a regular basis. Another renter in the building next to ours lured the cat with food and water. The cat owner left a message posted on my mailbox about a missing cat. A few days later I saw the cat in the window across the way. I let the owner know and he got the cat back in short order..
