Kim received an alert on her phone that someone was at her front door. To her surprise, it was a SWAT team with their armored vehicle, about to break down her front door and ransack her home.
Eventually, detectives with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department realized they had arrived at least 5 years too late to find their suspect. Leaving behind over 20 grand worth of damage to Kim's home, they offered no explanation, no apology, and refused to pay for the damage they caused.

They need to pay for this. 5 years? No one checked to see if he still owned that house?

“Keeping you safe & For your own safety” are the most deceptive and abused excuses ever devised by man.
It’s for those of us who didn’t live through and experience Nazi Germany who now are able to experience what they went through back then.
Usually the damage they do is damage that must be repaired immediately, houses are left with no front door and no windows and if you don’t have the money or credit to do something right now, then you are in real personal danger and leaving the house for any reason, like work, means everything is exposed to man and beast, and the season or weather makes a difference as well.
That is a fact. It can’t two or three years for a law suit...
I hope she sues the shiite out of these a**holes.

There needs to be a citizens review board in Clark County, Nevada.
First off, the militarization of the local police has to be outlawed. Why in the world do they need armored vehicles? And all of the rest of the mentality that goes with that?
Second, we investigated ourselves and found no wrong doing.
Odd that nobody ever questions the judge who signed the warrant or applies any pressure in that respect.
I’d be raising holy hell with all of the sobs involved in the warrant, including the judge.
Also women’s heartthrob Shemar Moore wouldn’t be knocking on the door. Or removing his shirt to prove he isn’t armed.
So the insurance companies need to pay for damage done by government to your stuff and then they can seek compensation from the government (Federal, State, Local) to cover their losses. I know both will whine about their pocket books.

There needs to be one in EVERY county. Enough with unaccountable authoritarianism. I am for law AND order, not just order. Order without law (which, by its nature includes both accountability and limitations) is nothing but a dictatorship, no matter how much lipstick you put on it.
