I understand your point but repetition is one of the original learning tools.
Did you get your abc’s and math tables in just one session?
Have you read your Bible more than once? Lot’s of interesting things show up on the follow up reads. For some reason, God repeats himself a lot....................

I may be wrong but I always believed it was posters who pointed out repeat articles to the moderators who then locked them. I suspect some of the old guard are no longer around to do this.
Even so, I don't see how repeated articles makes FR unreadable. I scroll post lots of articles I have no interest in. I don't see it as a big deal.
