A rapidly spreading virus is causing cottontail rabbits to grow black, tentacle-like growths out of their heads, prompting warnings to steer clear of the mutated animals.
The so-called Frankenbunnies have been spotted multiple times in Fort Collins, Colo. Resident Susan Mansfield told 9News she saw a rabbit with what looked like “black quills or black toothpicks sticking out all around his or her mouth.”

It looks like the rabbit has developed pilliar cysts. Are they feeding on sprayed lawns living in a closed chemical plant? Glyphosate or something that messes with their protein development? Test animals for Covid shots released into the wild?

I feel sorry for the little devils. Hope that virus doesn’t spread to the cottontails around here. I don’t think I could bring myself to eat a rabbit that looked like that, regardless of what the experts say about the virus not being contagious to humans.
