Why don’t we have a census with a snap shot of all the counties in the US, and then apportion ONE Representative per county? Would it work?

Isn’t this the one that a lot of people refuse to answer because they consider it too intrusive?

We had more trust in the gubmit then. But after the Clinton/Biden/Dorkbama days of putridness, that went the way of the audience for Mad Cow.
