President Donald Trump dropped a bomb on Air Force One, telling reporters that Jeffrey Epstein “stole” an employee from the spa at Mar-a-Lago — saying he “thinks” Epstein survivor Virginia Giuffre was one of the people he hired away.
After three weeks of the Trump administration trying to bury the promised mountain of information on deceased sex criminal Jeffrey Epstein, the heat just keeps going up. At every turn, Trump’s efforts to quash the story have only intensified interest in it, and deepened Trump’s own association with it.
As the president made his way to Turnberry, Scotland and his “Trump Turnberry” resort, Trump was still being peppered with questions about the scandal. The questions have followed him everywhere he’s gone during the trip, as reporters questioned him about developments like the potential pardoning of Epstein accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell.
While in Scotland, Trump also revealed the reason for his falling out with Epstein, telling reporters that his then-friend was poaching employees from Mar-a-Lago. The White House had previously claimed, in a statement, that “The fact is that the president kicked him out of his club for being a creep.”
The grilling continued when Trump gaggled aboard Air Force One on the way home from Scotland, and the president just casually let slip that one of the employees Epstein allegedly poached from him was Giuffre:
REPORTER: Mr. President. Epstein has a certain reputation, obviously. I’m just curious, were some of the workers that were taken from you, were some them young women? .
PRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP: Some of them?
REPORTER: Were some of them young woman?
PRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP: Well, I don’t want to say, but everyone knows. The people that were taken and it was the concept of taking people that work for me is bad but that story’s been pretty well out there and the answer is yes they were in the spa people that worked in this spa, I have a great spa one of the best spas in the world at Mar-a-Lago.
And people were taken out of the spa, hired by him. In other words, gone. And other people would come and complain, this guy is taking people from the spa. I didn’t know that. And then when I heard about it, I told him. I said, listen, we don’t want you taking our people, whether it was spa or not spa. I don’t wanna take your people. And he was fine. And then not too long after that, he did it again. And I said out of here.
REPORTER: Mr. President, did one of those stolen, um, you know, persons that include Virginia Giuffre?
PRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP: Uh, I don’t know. I think she worked at the spa. I think so. I think that was one of the people, yeah.
He stole her.
And, by the way, she had no complaints about us, as you know, none whatsoever.
Bear in mind that just yesterday, he diminished the long-standing story that he had booted Epstein from Mar-a-Lago for inappropriate behavior by revealing that the behavior in question wasn't anything to do with how he treated women but rather that he poached them.

Nope....I read it yesterday...and I think it was in her deposition...The real story was about a big business deal...fighting over a piece of property...and Trump won.
Which one was Giuffre? Is she the one that was suicided or the one photographed with Prince Andrew?

So someone else offered his employees more money and they left for a higher paid job.

You do know that in addition to the poaching, he could’ve also had concerns about Epstein’s inappropriate behavior. These are not mutually exclusive reasons.
You find one problem, then often another concern and it’s bye bye.
Virginia Giuffre being a prior employee of Trump/Mar A Lago is going to bring some questions. How was this not known before?
He wouldn’t dare use her at a bar. Minors are not even allowed to check out alcohol at grocery stores, let alone serve it at a club. She could be kitchen help or a maid, nl. States vary on those laws.
She would have been a minor, so there probably wasn't any record of it.
What was her job at the “spa”?
