I hope he is punished.
And I thought the “Spanish Rice” in our 7th grade cafeteria was bad!
Just like years ago when some CCP-owned pet food company tried to cut costs by using some plastic crappola feedstock instead of the more expensive actual protein product . They got away with it for a while since downstream tests measure the plastic input crappola as regular protein.
Until a bunch of American dogs dropped dead of malnutrition and blocked bowels.
This is the kind of quality control you get on ANYTHING from a country run by commies. Soviet MIGs were the same way, covered in rust. GarbageInGarbageOut.
Gonna be fun to watch when NYC’s commie trash mayor decides the only way that any gov’mt owned grocery store in the world (all previous attempts fail) can be sustainable by ordered feedstock from the CCP.
Their inability to grasp risks or their apathy toward them is a massive liability in even simple decisions.
What a disaster. It reads like a domino effect of calamity, with each step becoming more dangerous and widespread than the step before it!
Stay in your lane, Mr. Principal!
I suspect he’ll be doing some time in detention, the lock up kind.
It’s interesting that the lead paint may actually be a ruse to conceal the fact the ground water used by the school’s well is totally contaminated, which reflects on the government.
Oh come on, nobody’s that stupid... :(
This isn’t the totality of the story. Since China is so utterly corrupt, the school in cahoots with the local government and hospital tried to cover it up. They fixed the test results so that when the families had their kids tested, they did not show lead poisoning. It was only discovered (though obviously highly suspected even without a test) when families started leaving the province to get tested at random hospitals did it show massive lead poisoning.
How much lead, and for how long, to make the kids noticably sick?
It should take a while I would think.
I chewed lead fishing sinkers as a kid. Don’t think I got sick off themn.
Were they still hungry two hours later?
Somebody’s gonna donate all organs.
It would be great if all the cheap junk dishware and utensils could be tested for poisons, because I do not trust the Chinese as far as I can throw an elephant.
