Toby Atwood was a member of the Thiel College women's tennis team..
Toby Atwood, a rising senior at Thiel College and a member of the women’s tennis team, suddenly died over the weekend after collapsing during a half-marathon in Pennsylvania, school officials confirmed.
The 21-year-old Pennsylvania native was participating in the Presque Isle Half Marathon in Erie on Sunday when she collapsed and died. Atwood’s cause of death was not immediately known.

There’s still no cause of death reported.
And no word if an autopsy was conducted.
She was an athlete, played tennis, so I would think she’d be educated on the symptoms of heat exhaustion/heat stroke.
What an ignorant statement.
Sadly, not surprising.
Most of the “it’s the vax unless proven otherwise” commentariat seems to be driven by ignorance or low intellect. And some people simply won’t wait for an autopsy and what it shows.
