Awesome moment for both the Hulkster and DJT.
They all took roads back in the day. Even McManus did them.
There was even a big trial about it
Shocking to hear he was younger than me. Remembering watching the original WrestleMania on Closed Circuit TV from the Hartford Civic Center. Rest in Peace brother.
Wouldn't it be something if Rick played "Real American" as Hulk entered Heaven?
Amen that he was born again! Rest in peace Brother!
Because a heart attack at 71 is completely unprecedented! FFS!
📖📌
Maybe Steroid use caught up with him?
Yes, we will see him again, I belive.
“It Was Legal”- Hulk Hogan Finally Breaks Silence, After Being in the Limelight for Steroid Abuse for Years

Back in the mid-1980s, Hulk Hogan was riding the wave of success in Vince McMahon’s company. Hogan had the archetypical physique of a powerhouse wrestler. At one point, The Hulkster gained notoriety for his 24-inch bicep. The six-time World Champion had the most sought-after magnetic body, which was the dream physique for his fans. But he recently revealed that he was “street legal”.
Amidst all the praise for having a herculean body, Hogan was also shrouded in controversy for alleged substance abuse to enhance his physique. During a recent interview, The WWE Hall of Famer broke his silence about substances that he used during his heyday.
Hulk Hogan claims that everything he used was prescribed by his doctors
In a recent interview with Theo Von, Hulk Hogan revealed that steroids were made legal in the 1990s. According to him, the users could get a prescription for it from their doctors. He added that steroid users would end up abusing it since it was made legal.
Speaking of himself, Hulk Hogan stated that he always took anabolic steroids as prescribed by his doctor. He said, “So, for me, you know, up until the 90s, I was always street legal. I mean, if I had a bottle of deca or a bottle of test on me, it was a prescription from the doctor, and it was legal. I had my blood checked, my levels checked, and everything.”
Hogan also relayed that he would undergo rigorous checkups before he was prescribed anything. Pro wrestling’s reputation was besmirched after a lot of wrestlers were exposed for abusing steroids. The fact that Hulk Hogan revealed that steroids were legal only proves that they were easily available to anyone, leading to their misuse.
No wonder pro wrestlers, back in the day, looked like superheroes from the comics. Nonetheless, whenever Hulk Hogan told his fans, “Say your prayers and take your vitamins”, he was doing something more than just that.

We should note that Hulk Hogan was heavily vetted for steroid abuse, though a whole lot of other people did it too. Since Hogan represented the pro wrestling business, steroid allegations marred his reputation.
We lost a great showman who we could laugh with while respecting. His mind was right politically too.
RIP BROTHER!
‘That None Should Perish’ is God’s Desire.
And Our Ultimate Potential.
Great post. He was the real deal. A very authentic person. Resting with his Savior now.
Because a heart attack at 71 is completely unprecedented ! FFFS
WASHINGTON (AP) — The Food and Drug Administration said Wednesday it has expanded existing warnings on the two leading COVID-19 vaccines about a rare heart side effect mainly seen in young men.
Myocarditis, a type of heart inflammation that is usually mild, emerged as a complication after the first shots became widely available in 2021. Prescribing information from both Pfizer and Moderna already advises doctors about the issue
I hope so. In the wrestling community he's viewed very negatively for refusing to "job" for others and backstage politicking that hurt others' careers. Vince McMahon took a so-so big guy and made a billion dollars off him - while leading Bolea to believe that was all him.
Age, scandals and declining popularity seemed to ground him in reality while he became more focused on using his image for business promotion. I hope his professed faith later in life was more substantial than young Hulk telling us to "say your prayers and take your vitamins". Brother.
