It sounds wonderful and it also sounds like they’ve increased the beauty of the area - all good things. Glad they’re happy. Glad they’re not causing trouble back here. Bet when Trump sees pictures of their finished project, he’ll be imagining how a golf course would be laid out. Each to their own view of beauty. I’ll stick with Trump.

Why is the “why” even a question??? The answer seems pretty obvious to me: she thinks she can make close to a 50% profit on the sale... you can live quite a while if they can really clear anything close to $10 million.
