No one puts a gun to your head to place a bet or to gamble. You gamble and you lose it’s your fault.

It is despicable. They are pitching to the lowest IQ and darkest people in America. If
Donald Trump were promoting these enterprises it would instantly be labeled "racist".

It’s called Freedom. Perhaps what Tucker should be demanding is schools that teach good content, not what our failed government schools teach. Then people would be better informed about things other than climate change,.

“in his opinion, Americans simply shouldn’t pay the debts he deemed predatory”

How about simply not incurring debts without good reason and the ability to pay?

The US is one of the few countries that has any limitations on sports gambling, other countries especially in the EU have gambling on not only European sports but all American Sports as well.

As was mentioned in this podcast, it’s a relatively small percentage of gamblers that are the issue.

I just have an issue about the “don’t pay your credit cardS” or “don’t pay your gambling debts”, besides with offshore gambling anyone in the US can open an account regardless of where you live.

These are the advertisers on Phoenix billboards…online sports betting, lawyers, pot dispensaries. And a lot of the pro teams are in bed with the online sports betting business.

The various state governments around the country are some of if not the biggest pushers of gambling with state lotteries, scratch off tickets and joining together with other states on a Mega Lottery that gets into the hundreds of millions for certain jackpots, usually it’s sold to the public as benefitting “Public Education”, at least it was that way in Florida.

The president spoke about capping credit card rates at a campaign rally last fall in Uniondale, N.Y. on Sep. 18.

“We’re going to put a temporary cap on credit card interest rates. We’re going to cap it around ten percent. We can’t let them make 25 and 30 precent,” said President Trump.

This mediaite article totally misrepresents the context of what was said. On purpose because division and hate is their goal.

I listened to all 2 hours and I can say this article is disgusting.

So is Ukraine and your little gay turdboy Zelensky.

We all know why you post article after article of leftist globalist BS.

The biggest issue I have with sportsbooks is IF by some chance you prove to be decent at it, they will restrict your betting or simply refuse your business...but if you are a loser, they will be all over you to keep betting and betting more. I think mob bookies are probably more legit.

WIKI

Until 1958, no one had been able to successfully establish a revolving credit financial system in which a card issued by a third-party bank was being generally accepted by a large number of merchants, as opposed to merchant-issued revolving cards accepted by only a few merchants. There had been a dozen attempts by small American banks, but all were short-lived.[citation needed] In 1958, Bank of America launched the BankAmericard in Fresno, California, which became the first successful recognizably modern credit card. This card succeeded where others failed by breaking the chicken-and-egg cycle in which consumers did not want to use a card that few merchants would accept and merchants did not want to accept a card that few consumers used. Bank of America chose Fresno because 45% of its residents used the bank, and by sending a card to 60,000 Fresno residents at once, the bank was able to convince merchants to accept the card. It was eventually licensed to other banks around the United States and then around the world, and in 1976, all BankAmericard licensees united themselves under the common brand Visa. In 1966, the ancestor of MasterCard was born when a group of banks established Master Charge to compete with BankAmericard; it received a significant boost when Citibank merged its own Everything Card, launched in 1967, into Master Charge in 1969.

If you don’t pay and then want a mortgage within 7 years, you might face a challenge there.

Professional sports and sports radio have created an unholy alliance with these gambling companies. This open association with gamblers will lead to corruption, loss of integrity to the game, loss of fans and will weaken the leagues and the radio stations

Sports gambling should not be normalized, ala legal. It should be personal, and out of sight like it used to be. My brother, a sister and others are flat out funding Casinos and sports books. I liked it better when you had to travel to Reno or Vegas to gamble. It is an evil enterprise, with the chances of winning less than 30% at best, at worst just blind luck.

I have nothing against gambling playing poker, dice or other things in social settings with family and friends. Somebody you know actually does win. The Casinos are ran by organized crime, now they have a better publicist and commercials.
