Americans wonder:
how many lawyers will now be forced
to take his place for execution?

He did this to buy more time. Now comes the endless, “he is innocent” do gooders who will file motion after motion saying that he was coerced to admit guilt. Jeeez

Idaho law requires the victims families to be consulted before any kind of “Deal” takes place..so if they did not consult than this deal should be voided..this prick deserves to be hung for what he did

He may just get the death sentence a different way. A lot faster, too.

I hope this plea deal really turns out to be life in prison for rest of his life, instead of “let him out after 30 years”.

“has accepted a plea deal to spare his life”

That option should not be available to him.

The relatives should begin planning a way to get him, once he is behind bars...

If they don’t, this killer will be back on the street as soon as the communists get the WH back...

I don`t get it. Why would he accept the plea deal? He loses every chance, small as it may be, to get a better outcome, and for what? Even if he had gotten the death penalty he probably wouldn`t have been executed. The appeals process can take decades and who knows if Idaho would still have the death penalty by the time it finally ends.

And, frankly, i don`t get the prosecution either. Isn`t their case supposed to be bullet-proof? Sure, in court and on the high seas you´re in God´s hands, but still...

How maddening for the families.

Ditto for the Golden State Killer - accepted a plea deal and clammed up.

Kohberger will as well. He deserved nothing less than a firing squad, same for the Golden State killer.

The worst part is some Lefty Governor will let him out in 40 years. Just like the Menendez Bros who supposedly had life with no parole.

From the other thread:
“The question is, Why did he do it?”

The families of murder victims often ask this question, seeking a rational explanation for the suffering and heartache they are enduring.

But there isn’t a rational explanation; no answer the murderer could give will bring them peace.

The same could also be said about the death penalty, though it at least satisfies our sense of justice.
But the death penalty will neither return the victims to a living state nor will it heal a mourning heart.

I offer prayers for everyone touched by this tragedy. May the Holy Spirit bring peace.

After the UBER driver came forward and said they were willing to testify I think he knew the jig was up. Unfortunately it looks like the evidence collected via DNA was in some way flawed. I don’t understand it but that has been my impression.

If people followed more than the MSM regarding this case they would see that there are alot of questions and a great deal of prosecutorial misconduct. After 2 years the DA has still not turned over all discovery.

I’d like to know how a single person acting alone was able to:
1. walk into a house he’d never been to that had 4-6 cars out front.

2. Single handedly kill 4 people with a knife.

3.Steve Goncalves said his daugher had been punched in the face so many times as to make her unrecognizeable.

4. It is said that Ethan’s legs were cut vertically in addition to other stab woulds.

5. It was reported that the killer rested in the 3rd floor room after stabbing two of the victims.

6. At least one of the girls fought back.

7. Left a living witness who texted and Snap chatted everyone and their 3rd cousin before calling 9-1-1 some 8 hours later.

8. Why did the dog not alert/attack anyone or have any blood on it?

All in a time span of 9-12 minutes, leaving no evidence at the scene save a knife sheath with touch DNA on the underside of the snap. In addition to all the above, not having any evidence in either his car or apartment.

Convince the doubters how one person could accomplish all of this in so short a time span.
