Last week, In-N-Out filed a lawsuit against online prankster Bryan Arnett, who posed as an employee at multiple local restaurants, took orders from unsuspecting customers and made lewd comments while wearing In-N-Out-branded clothing.
In the video, which has since been restricted to private viewing, Arnett, a resident of Fillmore, is seen interacting with customers and making comments that In-N-Out says damage the chain’s reputation.
The pranks themselves were purportedly captured on Easter Sunday, at a time when the restaurants were closed, the lawsuit states.
The lawsuit also accuses Arnett of asking customers if they want their food made “doggy style,” a play on the restaurant chain’s famous “animal style” menu options.
He also tells one customer that they are “only serving gay people,” which leads to the customer driving away, and asks another if they would like to try the “monkey burger,” which comes with a “damn-near black bun.”
In one moment that the restaurant brand found particularly troubling, Arnett asks a customer if they would like to sleep with his wife and allow him to watch.
“I like watching my wife sleeping with other men. Is that something you’d be interested in?” he says in the video, as reported by SFGate.
He then posted the videos to his YouTube page and his approximately 330,000 subscribers, despite warnings from In-N-Out to remove them for infringing on its company trademarks and posting without the consent of the customers who were filmed.

Thank you very much and God bless you.
These “pranks” are getting out of hand. Someone is going to get killed or seriously injured one day soon.
I hope In and Out cleans up on this piggy. She needs to stay away from those very corrupt “District judges”. They really suck.

It would be a shame if it was prankster Bryan Arnett
Good for In-’N-Out. Rub the punk’s nose in it.
If you look closely In-’N-Out has Bible verse references on their packaging. Just the verse reference. Privately owned company.
Every location has a cross on the lawn - two Palm trees crossed - most never notice this. Like the “W” in the movie ‘It’s a Mad Mad Mad Mad World’.
I used to go to the Oakland location when I passed through the airport to get a rental car. Like every In-’N-Out, was always crowded, but the crime in the parking lot forced them to close about a year ago. An employee told me they were too close to the interstate, making getaways too easy for criminals in cars to escape.
“Raiders fans” is the local jargon for criminals from Oakland.
Two of my favorite In-N-Out stories.
In Auburn, Kalifornia, John Travolta was filming the movie Phenomenon. Every day, for months, the local Auburn newspaper had a front page story about Travolta, and/or the filming. The ONLY thing that knocked Travolta off the front page was...... The opening of the first In-N-Out Burger in Auburn.
The only In-N-Out Burger facility to ever close was the one in Oakland, Kalifornia. In-N-Out stated that they could not keep their employees safe.
What a horrible person that the world would be better without.
Just like that Johnny Somali who has embarrassed America and angered Japan.
Perfect example of a FAFO event.
These Tik Tok lawyer wannabe’s are learning some harsh lessons.

I hope In-and-Out takes him for everything
God bless In-and-Out Burger - I recommend visiting your local restaurant if they’re in your area
In-N-Out Burger includes Bible verses on their packaging, a practice started by former President Rich Snyder, a devout Christian. These verses are primarily found on the bottom of drink cups and the wrappers that hold their burgers.
Here’s a breakdown of some of the verses:
John 3:16: Found on soda cups, it reads, “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life”.
Revelation 3:20: Printed on hamburger and cheeseburger wrappers, it says, “Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me”.
Nahum 1:7: Found on Double-Double wrappers, this verse states, “The Lord is good, a stronghold in the day of trouble; and he knoweth them that trust in him”.
Proverbs 24:16: Located on the fries containers.
Proverbs 3:5-6: Found on milkshake cups, this verse encourages trusting in the Lord.
John 14:6: Printed on water cups, this verse highlights Jesus as the way, the truth, and the life.
1 Corinthians 13:13: Found on merchandising, license plates, and keychains.
Nice.
I remember reading about that one closing.
When I worked in the Bay Area in 2016, I sometimes went to the In-N-Out on Hesperian in San Leandro. It was always clean and the staff was always friendly and professional. And yes, crowded, but they moved fast.
I just looked it up - looks like it’s still there.
Yep…he dropped a different kind of bomb earlier today. 😏
There’s a prankster who went to phillipines and the government is prosecuting him. He is facing up to 24 years in prison, sentence not determined yet.
The president of the country said he wants to send a message and teach a lesson with his prosecution
I was able to visit one in Texas a few years ago - terrific
I was staying near the 405 in Torrance many, many years ago
I should have gone then - it was maybe a 1-2 miles from the hotel - would have been my first experience with their food
I love their food - just not one near me at all, sadly
