The United States has spent EIGHT TRILLION DOLLARS fighting and policing in the Middle East.
Thousands of our Great Soldiers have died or been badly wounded.
Millions of people have died on the other side.
GOING INTO THE MIDDLE EAST IS THE WORST DECISION EVER MADE.....
It’s now or never for a lot things and I can’t think of anyone else besides Trump that could or would pull any of it off.
Its comical reading the weeping posts of FReepers comparing the iraq and afgahnistan operations (run by bush and rumsfeld aka dumb and dumber) to anything President Trump has in mind...
It's embarrassing.
Huh?
Even Steve Bannon is doing it. He sings Trump’s praises, calls himself his biggest supporter (he is) and brags about being a close friend and advisor (might be exaggerating a bit but he was) and then he goes off on how “Trump is being dragged into war with Iran.”
He loves everything about Trump but talks like he has no trust in him. Reminds me of a 14 yr old kid losing his s#!t because he saw some guy say hello to his girlfriend.
Boomers and Dispensationalists.
I agree with Donald Trump!
If someone absolutely agrees with someone else all the time without exception, there’s something very wrong and he isn’t thinking for himself.
I’ve never completely agreed with anyone else, let alone any politician, all the time and without exception, I’d worry about myself if I did.
If you think U.S. aid to Israel would be cut, you’re delusional.
Agree. The situation and circumstances ARE different this time. Israel already destroyed Iran proxies and internal structure. This is surgical, not national war or nation building.
Iran has literally thousands of Americans’ blood on its hands and threatens to do more. Any strike on Iran’s military capability is justified and responsible.
This President is not going to go Bush-Cheney on us. The President promised us Iran would not get a nuclear weapon and now is the time to end that chapter.
Taking out Saddam Hussein was not what went wrong in Iraq. Colin Powell saying, ‘we break it, we fix it’, was the problem. Iraq and the Middle East was broken when we got there.
Just my opinion.
True, but then it makes no sense that we’d be behind in every objective measure if they’re still trying to come here. It’s because we’re not behind, compared to where they’re coming from.
I see the WOKE RIGHT is alive and well on FR.
The only way to avoid war is to finish off Murderous-Terrorist Regimes.
Reality escapes so many - what a shame!
You ain’t seen nutin’ yet... :)
The only way to avoid war, is through war.
Brilliant.
It’s a basic concept even Sun Tzu knew.
Not everybody can grasp how America or other nations ever even came into being, much less maintained their borders & culture.
Cheers!
Sometimes military action is necessary. There’s no disagreement there.
The argument that in order to avoid war one must go to war is a ludicrous one and Orwellian.
Did Rachel Mancow tell you we’ve invaded?
A lot of it is an artifact of America’s global hegemony, which we’ve squandered over the past decades.
And as we’ve imported the Third World, more and more parts of America become as the Third World.
So they essentially move to a place that’s just like home with a (likely) stronger currency and likely more pleasant weather.
Good for them. Not good for us.
Put your feet up on the couch and share the traumas from your childhood that cause you to conjure up rachel when you see a tweet from President trump
