The Kremlin responded Monday to remarks by Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu on possible Iranian regime change, issuing a condemnation of the "actions" that have led to escalated tensions between the two Middle Eastern nations.

Netanyahu told Fox News on Sunday that regime change in Tehran "could certainly be the result" of Israel's strikes targeting Iran. The Israeli leader described the Iranian government as "very weak."

Speaking at a Monday press briefing, Dmitry Peskov, Russian President Vladimir Putin's spokesperson, was asked about Netanyahu's comments.

"We have certainly seen this statement, we've heard and read [it]," Peskov said. The Kremlin condemns "the actions that have led to such a dangerous escalation in tensions" in the Middle East, Putin's spokesperson added, per the Tass News Agency.

Just for clarity, this is the same Kremlin currently trying to affect a ‘regime change’ in Ukraine.

Khameini is 86. No reason the next in line of the Shiite faction, which is the overwhelming majority of the populace, can’t step in after a resignation — and continue the same policies the Shiite populace wants.

As I recall some guys flew into buildings on 9/11. 15 out of 19 of them were from Saudi Arabia led by some Saudi named Bin Laden.

But since 9/11 it’s been all about taking out other countries with WMD’s alleged starting with Iraq, then Libya and Syria and now Iran.

Changing regimes in every country but the country most of the 9/11 terrorists and their leader came from.

The powers that be want Donald J. Trump to finish the Neocon Job George W. Bush started.

Slight correction. The Iranian Constitution designates the head of the Shiite religion as supreme authority “for life”.

So the 2nd in line of the Shiites will need some special declaration of incapacity by Khameini to take over — and continue Shiite policies.

Make no mistake here. This is the overwhelming majority. There is no wandering around hating their own government (that they elected last year). If you want policy change, you’re going to have to order professional military officers to kill all, as in ALL, the civilians — which of course are orders that will be deemed unlawful.

Correct, but Saudi Arabia is the leader position of Sunni.

Shiite Iran hates them more than they hate Israel. They have hated the Sunnis for 100s of years. Israel hasn’t been in existence that long.

This is from the barbarians trying to take over Ukraine and then condemn Israel for bombing Iran, and then offer to broker a peace deal between Israel and Iran? Ludicrous.

The powers that be decided the Sunni brand of Islam was the “Religion Of Peace” as defined by George W. Bush.

The fix has been in since then.

Oh, there’s another possible way. The Libya treatment: a chaotic failed state with various terrorist factions in constant conflict.

While the civilized urban ethnic Persians are the majority, there are various ethnic minorities and other malcontents in the hinterlands and border regions who could certainly stir up trouble, especially with help and funding from Mossad/CIA/MI6, which they are already getting.

Whether such a plan would succeed remains to be seen. I would not be surprised if this is one of the plans for the end game in Iran.
