Yeah, he worked his ass off at the best job he could get (a funeral transport service) and tried to pay off his huge house in the country. He said he was working 6 hrs a week and it included police cases so he might have been transporting to the morgue.
The usual color for an anti-abortion pro Trump police-impersonating white Catholic African charity operator (named after a well known protestant heretic) appointed by Chinese Communist Party-linked lunatic pro-abortion Democratic running mate for an unelected non-primaried former vice presidential candidate of Jamaican-Irish plantation owner extraction.
I don’t understand how someone with experience in government through two State administrations couldn’t parley that into some viable employment.
He was wearing a “cowboy hot” according to The UK Daily Fail.
Is that common in Minnesota? Seems it would make him stick out. (The stupid latex mask with ‘cop’ garb doesn’t make any sense either.)
You want my respect? When one of your fellow cops says, "This is going to be fun!" before unlimbering their tazer to use on someone who is being annoying but in no way dangerous, take the radical step of saying "hey bud, how about we try not hurting people today? Just for a change of pace."

I believe they base that solely on the word of an unconfirmed Michael Moore sized “friend” interviewed by some other reporter, but not sure what paper that reporter worked for or how he determined the guy was actually a friend.
That “friend” propositioned a 13 year old and did time for it. Look up his name and youll find the court case.
The mask was probably to avoid being recognized immediately... I believe at least one of his victims served on the same governor’s board, and it is possible he and his wife attended events that his victims also attended.
Then there is always the subconscious psychological urge people have when doing shameful things that makes them want to cover up- either with a fig leaf, or a mask.

And then there’s the simpler reason, that the mask would hide his identity from being discovered long enough to carry out more killings, or make an escape. Maybe he wasn’t suicidal as a “friend” claimed after the difficulty of finding work.
Yeah, he might just have been clean up. It’s all too convenient that he snapped when his wife’s running around with 50k cash. The police’s reticence as well. It’s very odd, like they knew something was going to be uncovered that shouldn’t be.
In that case his training officer pulled him up short and told him that demanding ID from someone who was peacefully going about their business was not the way they did things.
All honor to him. And I respect the heck out of the police chief that makes sure his officers know where the limits of their authority are.
But I have seen other people interact with police when officers with the integrity of that training officer are not around. And it ends badly.
Police who behave properly get all the pats on the back I can give and I cut them slack for honest mistakes.
But ignoring the fact that there are bad police officers who abuse their authority while the "good" look the other way is not going to make the problem go away.
And I would like it very much to go away.
Police states are not nice places to live.
The initial reports had two shooters. The guy in the Breaking Bad Walter White mask looks nothing like Vance.
When he fell he impaled his left kidney on a sharp tree branch. Nothing a rifle cartridge can't cauterize, though. And besides, he's got another kidney...

On January 10, 2018, the ECRC filed a Motion for Summary Disposition.
Petitioner was personally served on January 12, 2018. The record remained open until
January 29, 2018. As discussed below, Petitioner made two written submissions prior
to the record close, both of which the Administrative Law Judge took into consideration.
Based on the record and for the reasons set forth in the accompanying
Memorandum, the Administrative Law Judge makes the following:
ORDER
1. The ECRC’s Motion for Summary Disposition is GRANTED.
2. Petitioner’s appeal is DISMISSED.
3. Petitioner’s assignment of Risk Level 2 is AFFIRMED.
