U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General (JAG) Officer Benjamin France is accused of threatening January 6 and ICE agents in a post to his X account on Saturday.
“And we will hunt down every J6 and ICE agent again,” France allegedly wrote in the X post.
Sam Shoemate, an intelligence officer and retired U.S. Army Chief Warrant Officer 2, posted a screenshot of the post, purportedly from France’s account, on Tuesday.
“Meet Benjamin France, aka ‘Benny.’ Benny made a comment threatening to ‘hunt down every J6 and ICE agent’ three days ago on X,” Shoemate said in a post on X.
🧵Meet Benjamin France, aka “Benny.”
Benny made a comment threatening to “hunt down every J6 and ICE agent” three days ago on X.
Why should we care that Benny is threatening federal agents? Because Benny is an active duty Navy JAG Officer. 1/6 pic.twitter.com/0tqkv5hmf4

Shoemate also shared images, purportedly from France’s LinkedIn profile, showing Benjamin France taking the oath to join the U.S. Navy JAG Corps, along with France’s professional headshot.
Shoemate noted that France deleted both his X and LinkedIn account after being identified.
“Normally I wouldn’t care about comments like this, but since Benny decided to threaten federal agents, I’ll post his comments directed @SecDef as an added bonus,” Shoemate added.
The post includes another set of images, allegedly from France, containing derogatory comments directed at Hegseth.

A screenshot shows France allegedly addressing Department of Defense (DOD) Press Secretary Kingsley Cortes and Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth, stating both individuals “are a joke at the DOD. An 0-4 guardsman should never be in charge of all American forces. An embarrassment to the military and the nation.” (RELATED: Trump DOD Takes Sledgehammer To Race-Based Admissions Policies For Military Academies)
The other image depicts another alleged post from France’s X account that states, “Can’t wait for your ass to eventually be fired when Hegseth eventually drinks himself into a coma. You worthless piece of shit.”
“Benny’s chain of command has been notified,” Shoemate asserted. “However, in case you’d like to follow up, this should help. This kind of threatening behavior towards agents, who are already under fire, simply cannot be allowed, especially from an officer whose job is to provide legal advice to his command and holds sway over policy that affects potentially thousands of sailors.”

The Daily Caller reached out to the U.S. Navy JAG Corps office for comment regarding France’s alleged remarks on social media.
A spokesperson from the U.S. Navy responded that the Navy has been made aware of the situation and is currently looking into the matter.
😆
Putting aside his penchant for communism, this guy has got to be the worst lawyer in the world.
I think Pete needs meet this clown personally and have a discussion with him. He looks like a typical key stroke warrior.
Tomorrow he will be “FORMER U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General (JAG) Officer Benjamin France”.
What a twink.
what is a J6 agent?
Reduction in rank?
General discharge?
Separation from service?
Career ending reprimand letter?
Pole smoking rump ranger, methinks.
JAG officers are a pain in the ass. Snipers now need to call them and get permission before they are allowed to shoot an enemy soldier.
unless others tweeting (for him)
how can you tell today ?
He did this to get out of a commitment to the Navy.
Does getting booted out of the service get him a dishonorable discharge??
Under most circumstances...................
Uh oh.
An ossifer, even.
😁
FIRE HIM TODAY. He needs to be out of the military.
Arrest him immediately. Or, give it up.
He can think about those Tweets during a lot stay in a military prison.
Don't see that every day.
Hes a lawyer. This is the kind of crap lawyer’s do.
