Three people in San Bernardino County, including two uninvolved people, were killed in a crash involving a motorcyclist reportedly attempting to flee sheriff’s deputies, authorities confirmed to KTLA.
The tragic incident unfolded at around 10:30 a.m. when deputies with the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department attempted to conduct a traffic stop on the motorcyclist for reckless driving in Redlands.
“The driver of the motorcycle did not yield and fled from the deputies,” SBSD Public Information Officer Mara Rodriguez said in a statement to KTLA. “The motorcycle driver collided [with] a vehicle on Redlands Boulevard near Tennessee Street.”
All three individuals involved in the crash were declared deceased.
In footage of the crash aftermath, what appears to be a black Toyota Prius is seen overturned in the street with a large number of deputies and medical personnel with the fire department at the scene.

I watch videos of police car chases on YouTube quite often. California is very bad at it. Arkansas is one of the top. They will not give up, and they will do a pit maneuver regardless if you’re doing 130 miles an hour or 30 miles an hour.
Obviously the sheriff’s fault.
Byrds the word.
Apparently Not Evil Knievel.
.
RIP
‘ Apparently Not Evil Knievel.’
Yeah. He never crashed.
The LA Communists keep hoping for their “George Floyd” victim to appear, to rally around. The President and R’s need to make these two innocent victims the rallying points in this battle.
Evil got Paid
Maybe not well But...
I couldn’t care less what happens to criminals who run from the cops. Innocents are sad and tragic though.
The ASP (Arkansas State Police) are protecting the State Animal (Wild Razorback) population from possibly being harmed or killed by a rogue driver speeding down the road.
My general reaction is good, a crappy motorcyclist off the road permanently.
Just how fast would a motorcycle have to be traveling in order to flip a Prius? It’s not a huge vehicle, but not that small.
Yeah, if they wouldn’t enforce the law we wouldn’t have tragedies like this.
Around 90 or less could do it. Depends on the weight of the motorcycle etc...
There have been other cases where motorcyclist bodies compromised windshields, rear windows etc, and the body kills all the on the occupants in the car. Like a bomb going off. A a 200 pound object flying through the interior of your car at 100+ miles per hour. These tend to be horrific scenes.
Lots of impact energy forces at work. Like the female who rolled her vehicle at about 80mph on a freeway in LA, no seat belt, and the forces were so great she was ejected on the 3rd roll, and flew about 30 feet up into the air, and the victim actually landed on a catwalk, on top of an overhead freeway sign.
I watched some of those videos of Arkansas car chases. Unfortunately they will do pit maneuver even when their is on coming traffic or other traffic that could end up being involved. That is not cool. Other than that have at em.
Why does everyone blame the cops who chase and NOT the perp who flees?
No fleeing = no chases = no senseless deaths.
