I watch videos of police car chases on YouTube quite often. California is very bad at it. Arkansas is one of the top. They will not give up, and they will do a pit maneuver regardless if you’re doing 130 miles an hour or 30 miles an hour.

This pursuit appears to have resulted in two dead innocents. The impact by the motorcycle was so great it's flipped the victims car. This is what I was talking about just a week ago here regarding dangerous pursuits for mostly minor crimes, infractions etc...
