He may be mentally ill. His incoherent responses to real life issues indicates someone who is detached from reality.
Either that or he is taking anti-anxiety chemicals...thc, Xanax,Ayahuasca..he needs a psychiatric intervention. Why did Kimberly Guilfoyle divorce him? She might have insight as to his psychiatric conditions.
