That’s not how the legal system works. The “thing” happens first, then someone can sue over it.

They are opposing everything Trump wants to do, but that’s not their role. John Roberts is a major problem for fostering this, and I’d like to see Trump suspend habeus corpus for the 10s of millions of illegals to get them out of the country fast.

You can’t shop a judge before you issue the EO.

Because you can not have a judge rule something legal before you do it.

Ignore the courts like Biden did. Problem solved.

I think this is on to something. Trump should issue an EO opposite of what he really wants.

By doing what you suggest, Trump would be saying that his EO is illegal and he is acting illegally. Then he would be asking the judge to confirm or deny legality. That’s not how it works and it is not a good idea. Trump should, and has, start from the point the the EO is legal and he is acting in accordance with the law, his executive powers.

I asked Zen Master this. An affirmative ruling will not negate a negative (”you can’t do that”) ruling. It will only prompt an appeal. (two equal judges).

Trump is doing the right thing by NOT ignoring the judges. He is winning over 90% of these cases when they reach the final determination. He’s going to win almost all of them.

Meanwhile, public support for ignoring judges is only about 21%

It was pretty obvious a few years ago that "lawfare" was the only influence dimrats would have.

You could see this coming from miles away. Flush them out then flush them down.

A POTUS should simply ignore any judge until the SCOTUS gets involved. These lower court judges were set up by the Congress to impede the POTUS. Well, the POTUS has 27 ways to impede the Congress and Judges if they wish to play the game.

POTUS Trump will play along until he gets tired of playing.

He is doing the heavy lifting of putting it all out there to show the country. The guy is incredibly brave, hard working, and long game thinking. The more the courts display their tyranny on the process, the better. It's just ugly and messy, as it must be. The left is too stupid and arrogant to understand his game. All they seem to do is emotionally react to anything and everything they don't like and then flood the courts with their tears. Imagine the congestion and exhaustion in the judiciary. Heck, they can't even go on a vacation this summer, lest Trump not be battled.

Great stuff Mr. President. Work them to death.

Sorry, but I think he should take a different approach since they are all being overturned by higher courts. Every tim one of these bogus rulings come down, The Administration should immediately start Emergency Repairs and Upgrades to the court house where the 0order was issued, put up those contaminated FEMA trailers and Portable Gender Neutral outhouses in the Parking lot and tell them this is where you work now until the repairs are finished.

We all do respect, you don’t understand how the legal system works. You need a case or controversy before a court will hear anything about a dispute. You can’t just go into a court and ask them to bless what you’re doing, that is the backwards part.

Worry not, Trump and his team have gained this out very well. A simple fact is that most of the lower court ruling will end up getting reversed, as well. The idea of that district court judges can issue nationwide injunctions. It just takes time, and even though I understand the process, it is still aggravating to have to endure all of this nonsense until the judicial system finally makes a decision.
