It’s a start!
Im so ashamed of my Alma Mater.
I have half a mind to put my Harvard degree back into the Cracker Jack’s box I found it in.
I was fully expecting this to be coming from The Bee.
These “Elite” Univerities are a pale shadow of their former selves.
“Francesca Gino, a celebrated behavioral scientist..”
I’ve celebrated her many times!
She was dishonestly probing dishonesty
A subject matter expert.
It’s her own fault for not being a Climate Change scientist. Those folks can make stuff up all day long without penalty.
And yet Claudine Gay, former head of Harvard, whose entire academic career was shown to be a fraud, is still tenured at the school.
Francesca had one job...
I was gonna say, “You can’t make this crap up”, but the perfesser proved they can, and do, make that crap up....
Oh the irony.
She was just doing a pilot study on dishonest behavior and its consequences.
Francesca Gino, Lying liar.
For anyone who wants to understand the details..

This episode unpacks the details of the case, from the initial discoveries to the implications for science.
You’ll learn:
How a PhD student uncovered data manipulation in a high-profile study (feat. Zoe Xani’s investigation).
The critical role of whistleblowers in exposing fraud (feat. Data Colada’s analysis).
Key findings from Harvard’s 1,300-page report on research misconduct.
Which studies were faked and what they claimed to find.
How self-correcting mechanisms can strengthen trust despite scandals.
“Research” funded no doubt by government grants.
Harvard didn’t fire her for falsifying a study. They fired her for getting caught.
I wonder how many millions of dollars this crucially important study cost us taxpayers?

It has been shattering to watch my career being decimated and my reputation completely destroyed. It has been hard to see how this situation impacted those around me - my family, my mentors, my collaborators and my students. The information that has been available to the public, and the analysis posted by critics, may sound compelling. But the information is incomplete. The record needs to be corrected. This website is my attempt to do so: https://lnkd.in/eSucSwES Today I am breaking from the silence to tell my side of the story.
