The worker was disrespected, and the victim was white, so it’s OK.
His life as he knew it is over, because of an argument over a mayonnaise packet. What a waste.
I loath mayonnaise, but the death penalty for those who like it is a bit much,

I use mayo sparingly, never on a burger, although I have seen people eat fries with mayonnaise
Only on turkey and tuna. Anyone putting ketchup on a hot dog should be flogged.
Maybe 25% of the people you meet these days are unstable. And in certain places that number goes up, way up. So consider the strategy of “winning by losing”.
By that, I mean win your main objective by losing something small. For example, in a stupid street confrontation back away. Control your ego. Let it go. You’ve met your main objective, staying safe. You’ve lost something small, “teaching the bad guy a lesson”. Which is not your job anyway.
(I did not come up with this idea. I got it from a karate guy I’d occasionally practice with, back in the day.)

The victim appears to be white-—if he’s black he’s not much blacker than the Pope at best, which in my book isn’t black.
The Pope is definitely blacker than I am, but my blackest ancestors could pass (and fight) as white by 1861-—and named their son Jefferson Davis just in case anyone was unsure about their views on who ought to be in charge in Missouri.

For this dude- probably no waste, certainly not a waste for the community.He probably was not thinking that he is in Florida not Chicago or Minneapolis where he might get punished with a “Hey, that wasn’t nice,” as he is ushered out the door.
