If the supermarket is your favorite place in the world, you might be a “Groceryhead.”
Kroger knows where you’re coming from. And now it’s launched a social content series from Dentsu Creative starring Chrissy Teigen and positioning its stores as the perfect place for Groceryheads to nerd out.
Throughout the campaign, Chrissy—a self-described Groceryhead—will answer common questions, break down her favorite products and reveal grocery-loving truths that the Groceryhead community will relate to. The work launches this week with the “Cart Confessions” spot above. The campaign is running on YouTube, TikTok, Facebook and Instagram.
“Since 2020, grocery stores have become places for meetups, meet-cutes and therapeutic ‘me moments’ for millions of Americans—we call them “Groceryheads,’” Bridget Jewell, executive creative director and head of the Social Creative Lab at Dentsu Creative. “When we discovered Chrissy was one of our Groceryheads, it was only natural to partner her with Kroger to highlight this growing community of Americans.”
“Groceryheads don’t just say they love grocery shopping, they live it,” said Madlenne Kramer, creative director at Dentsu Creative. “They shop multiple times a week, return stray items to their rightful shelves, and treat cart returns like a sacred ritual. That’s what being a Groceryhead is all about. And Chrissy Teigen? She embodies the ultimate Groceryhead.”

Thank you very much and God bless you.
I just found out Chrissy Teigen is the new spokesmodel for Kroger Grocery stores. They call her a Groceryhead.
Kroger is my local shop, and I've told them I will no longer shop there. I explained why this vile woman is a disgusting spokesmodel. And I will not shop Kroger until they remove her and apologize.
It won't be the first time I'm acting on serious principle and actively causing difficult conditions in my life.
Just thought FReeps who shop Kroger would like to know.
Also, Teigen has a line of food and kitchen things called "Cravings". Rather disgusting considering what else she has "craved" in the past.
Just thought someone else might like to know. Most of these spots are on Instagram, which my computer has been banned from.
BTW, IS anyone else here aware of Teigen's disgusting past? Or am I the loner again?
Thank God, we got HEB in our area.
For those who refuse to shop there after this, please bear in mind that Albertsons, is or was owned by the same parent company.
Teigen is rightly despised by a great many Americans. A very divisive figure who has engaged in cyber bullying of minor children, and has been accused of posting pedophilic Tweets that she later deleted. Surprising choice by Kroger.
My wife doesn’t like the local Kroger. Fortunately, we have other options.
“BTW, IS anyone else here aware of Teigen’s disgusting past? Or am I the loner again?”
Never heard of her.
That said, I hate spending one second more in a grocery store than I have to. I’ve gotten to where I just have InstaCart deliver my groceries. I don’t mind going into a mom and pop convenience store on occasion, or an Italian import grocery.
Nah, Albertsons and Safeway are owned by the same company. They were trying to merge with Kroger but that was blocked.
Obviously Kroger is going for the bargain basement in “supermodels”. I think she is tagged “irregular”.
Effing moron.
Why is that woman even famous at all? I don’t get it.
I feel like I’ve just lost five IQ points.
Looks like Kroger learned nothing from the Bud Light fiasco.
Among other (bad) things, Teigen is a loose cannon. Tomorrow she well might tweet something about harming Trump.
Not to mention, she lives in LA and is from Utah. Not even a Kroger in 500 miles, she probably never heard of Kroger, and I doubt with her $17 million dollar mansion in Beverly Hills she does her own shopping.
Apologies to anyone who doesn’t know who she is. Don’t even look her up, you have enough disgusting and vile things in the world to digest.
Truly stupid and not that pretty to me
And I’m an expert on both
Kroger s iOS in a world of hurt after there widespread r cheating customers came out.
That heifer won’t win over anyone.
Plus we have H‑E‑B, game over

Just got off the phone with Kroger. They’re experiencing more calls than usual, so I was on hold for a few minutes. I told the guy I’d be doing my best to avoid Fred Meyer (the Kroger store here locally). I told him Kroger could hardly have picked a worse spokesperson. I urged Kroger to make a U-turn on this and apologize. He said my comments were being documented and would be passed along.
I have plenty of grocery options where I live. I’m so happy the proposed Kroger merger with Safeway/Albertson’s was prevented.
Never heard of her. In any case, Kroger (Fry’s around here) is generally my last choice for grocery shopping.
Never heard of Chrissy whatever ... please briefly explain why she is such a reprehensible person.
I know about her, more than I wish to know.
She is known as an online influencer mostly because her husband is singer John Legend “All of Me” one hit wonder.
She is mostly known as a TEMU- (down-market) Gweneth Paltrow.
I first encountered her via website Twitchy. Back then, it was owned/ operated by Michelle Malkin.
Twitchy used to be a fun place to read political comments and post your own, same as it’s ‘older cousin’ Hot Air’.
Both were frolicking fun, and deliberately NOT PC.
Most of that changed about 12 years ago, when they began charging for the ‘privilege’ of reading certain articles.
Most of the deplorably rebellious, rude and energetic air was slowly farted out of both balloons over next 10 years.
Now, both are but pale shadows of their former online presence.
