And some believe we are the only intelligent lifeform in all the Universe, despite as you say, trillions of galaxies, each with billions of stars, and certainly billions of planets circling the stars.
It’s certainly god’s creation because no man could design that complex and vast which has lasted billions of years.
And this is just the small stuff.
