All, yes ALL businesses, in RSA, MUST have at least 30% black ownership and this is NOT a "new" law; though it is "newish". And the blacks put NO money into it, nor do they do ANY work AND get salaries/a share of the profits.

The NEWEST "laws" state that ALL white property ( as in EVERYTHING whites own...including clothes, children's toys, you name it! ), is now the LEGAL RIGHT for ANY black person to just TAKE!
