People get weird when a family member dies and their crap is up for grabs......but in this case I suspect it was more about the lack of impulse control in a certain ethnicity.

When I read the headline I figured it was in Bridgeport. But the north end of Hartford can be tough as well.
I used to have to drive through that area to get to visit my wife at St Francis hospital. The doors were locked, and I looked forward and made no eye contact. Just as if I were crossing the Savannah and was looking out for wild beasts.

There are good God-fearing people that when they die, the funeral often brings a lot of people. Some are relation, some are friends. Of them there are often some very rebellious souls.

If I said someone was mauled by a dog. Would you expect it to be a golden retriever or a labradoodle? No.
a shooting at a funeral? Did you think it was the Mennonites, Amish, or asians, Latinos, or whites?. No.
