From the article - $2,000,000.00 to run two district offices? Does she NEED 2 district offices? This is the only reference I can find that states there is an allowance for DISTRICT OFFICE RENTAL...Can they use money appropriated for their offices in DC to fund the district offices?

I don’t have a clue what the “limit on permanent employees at 18” means as there’s no reference to number of employees anywhere else.
