I had seen this before but the screen still gets blurry.

That is so beautiful and so sweet.
This little guy has endured eight long years of suffering from physical problems and not being able to play with his peers. Remember how important it was having at least one good buddy, back when you were in the third grade? I do.
How nice of President Trump to take a moment of his over the top busy day, and send this kid a Birthday Card.
At least today, he doesn’t feel quite so alone and invisible.
