I grew up in San Bernardino after my dad retired at Norton AFB. I went away to SDSU for college and never lived there again. It used to be such a nice little town in the 60s and 70s, especially in the more affluent area of Highland/Del Rosa where we lived.

As a fellow Maryland resident I can vouch for it being commonplace. We have an over abundance of such out-of-control intellectually challenged people with, at best, microscopic inhibitory control functioning in their impaired brains.
I have had a discussion with some black women I know and they had or still do work in the school system,
They say it’s the parents of the troublemakers that spend the most time at the school , always in defense of their troublemaking kids.
Cops are always alerted when “they momma” shows up for the latest incident.
