Judge Boasberg has said he will pursue contempt charges for those who did not follow his unconstitutional verbal order to turn around a planeload of deportees en route to El Salvador. He wrote a long rant basically saying that even unlawful orders have to be obeyed until they are ruled to be unlawful. Here is my open letter to him (only published here but if somebody could help me get it to him I would appreciate the help):
An appeals court just issued an order forbidding you from eating, drinking, pooping, peeing, farting, burping, or breathing until you have in your hand written permission from them to do any individual instance of any of those actions. Are you guilty of contempt if you take a breath before that order can be heard by a higher-level appeals court and ruled unconstitutional?
Using your own logic, you would be - because even unlawful orders have to be obeyed until they are ruled to be unlawful. What your logic fails to consider is that the protection of the law goes both ways - both to insure that judges are able to have lawful orders obeyed AND to insure that judges are NOT able to control other people through unlawful orders - which is called “punishing through the process.” Your reasoning would allow a judge to order a plaintiff to commit suicide within the next 10 minutes and then punish him with imprisonment if he showed contempt for your unlawful order.
In what kind of nation does a judge have that kind of power, and what kind of judge would even claim to have that kind of power?
You, sir, are being charged with perjury and obstruction of justice for deliberately lying in court records regarding how you were “assigned” this case.
You are also being charged with reckless endangerment for ordering a plane in mid-flight to turn around when doing so without adequate fuel, arrangements, etc could have brought down the entire plane and any others on its new route.
You are also being charged with giving air control orders without a license.
You are enjoined from eating, drinking, peeing, pooping, coughing, burping, or breathing until you have written consent from the court to do any single instance of any of those actions.

his end game pretty obviously includes the destruction of our representative form of governance as provided in the US Constitution. And yes, the discarding of our Constitutional rights and liberties to the dustbin of history
socalled judges that are, in actual effect, mere footsoldiers in the global Communist or Nazi movement, judges who flagarantly ignore their oaths of office to uphold the Constitution of the United States, such judges are a primary cause of the widespread (and growing) utter contempt of the judiciary and the law in America. This has far wider adverse impacts on our entire social contract (whether it is the need to restore some integrity to our electoral process, root out the bad apples in our judiciary and public prosecutor offices, root out the tremendous corruption in many of our government agencies, terminate the patently unconsitutional agencies like Atf,etc., or clean out the Commie/Nazi rot oin some of our colleges (public and private alike). Oh yeah, while cleaning out the garbage in our government and colleges, it will be nice to clean the garbage on our streets too (stop all the bullkrap and corruption and actually help the addicts and winos, and move the piles of trash to the dump, etc.)

I think the only way in this corrupt political climate that these judges will be removed is through the filing of actual criminal charges against them.
And Boasberg’s lies in his court documents regarding how he was “assigned” this case provide a very quick, very easy way to bring charges against him. I hope the DOJ pursues this.
And I think we need to make it very clear to everybody exactly what this guy’s reasoning would allow. If people are aware of this and SCOTUS doesn’t slap this crap down PRONTO, it may be time for some conservative judges to give them a dose of their own medicine.

When I saw that Judge moron had actually done that I just laughed.
If PDJT pursues that approach for this, well...
FAA fines for this infraction are GUARANTEED to get the judge’s attention.
I have seen them dish out fines in the $100,000.00 range for rules violations.
I have seen them ding recreational Drone Pilots for 50-60k for flying around railroad tracks and trains for photos.
FAA don’t play.

That’s another point that I didn’t even address in the charges against him. We elected a President to conduct foreign relations, and anybody not authorized by that President to do negotiations involving another country is guilty of violating the Hatch Act - specifically because the people we elect are NOT to be ambushed by people stepping outside of their lane.
Uncle Sham brought up the point in a different thread, that what these judges are doing fly in the face of our Constitutional right to choose our own leader.
I believe that at some point judges and attorneys who consistently abuse the system to make the process the punishment - as Boasberg is SO CLEARLY DOING - need to be charged with other crimes as well. I’m just not sure which crimes. Maybe conspiracy to deprive people of their rights? In the spirit of what Uncle Sham said, maybe we could file a class-action lawsuit against him for that, and make it clear that we the people are mad as Hell and we’re not going to take it any more.
Maybe that would help Congress and SCOTUS to get off their fat asses and actually defend the US Constitution that they promised to defend and protect.

I dont know... sitting back semi anonymous beating on the judges is one thing, sending a letter with my return address on it is something else... I haven’t cleaned out my closets in years!!
“Too gross to be insisted on” is a great phrase.
It almost makes me wish that a judge - maybe one who is dying anyway and wants to save the country before he goes - would order somebody to commit suicide within the next 10 minutes, upon pain of contempt charges if he failed to do so.
Just so we could see the legal shenanigans to try to justify that while Boasberg is making his vaunted claims of the ability to do precisely that, and folks like Norm Eisen and Weisenberg (did I remember his name right?) all applaud and conspire with the bastard as if he is a great legal mind.
