Gator Ping!.................
Sounds like a real thinker.
Warrior diet. One meal a day. Actually really tough to start, but it gets easy. Fat will drop like a rock within a month.
Also CrossFit...
So, how many trips does it take for him to haul ass?
He eventually ballooned up and was playing in other football leagues.
'I'll die in 5 years': Jared Lorenzen speaks candidly about weight in documentary
Jared Lorenzen weighs 500 pounds: “I fight my demons every day”
Actually a decent player. Will have to lose a ton of weight to play on Sunday but will be on a practice squad this fall.
John had a girlfriend, Edith. They were nuts about each other but she was always after him to lose weight after our playing days were over. One day she gave him an ultimatum, that if they were ever to marry, he'd need to slim down. “I'm not going to be a young widow!”.
But John could not stop eating and even grew bigger. Frustrated, he asked me what he could do. I told him it was simple. “You can not have your cake and Edith too!”
Some fat jerk has no self control. Film at eleven.
Big Dez actually has a lot of talent. He was a solid starter for UF despite his size. If he could finally learn to push the fork away and get down to 350, he’d be a holy terror in the NFL. I’m rooting for him. He’s a quality guy.
This guy is one minor injury away from being on the Injured Reserve list, never to return.
Leading to another 100 pound weight gain and death before age 30.
Zepbound or Mounjaro, baby! The latter if he is diabetic at 464 lbs.
Sounds like he’s a complete carb addict. It’s hard to stop any addiction. He needs to eat no-carb for a year or two. Maybe transition to a carnivore diet. My mother lost 100 pounds eating very low carb and kept it off. I started eating low carb 30 years ago, dropped 75 pounds and have kept it off for 30 years. I’m now on carnivore and have abnormal levels of energy and strength for my advanced age. Giving up any addiction has to be cold turkey.
I recall Tab Thacker, 1984 NCAA wrestling champ at NCState was around 6’5 447 lbs at his biggest, wanted to play football. They told him to get to 350 and he could try out.
He did go on to have a nice acting career starring in Wildcats with Goldie Hawn and a few of the Police Academy movies.
But can he MOVE all that bulk against those quick 330-pound offensive linemen? If he can knock himself down to a svelte 395 or so he might catch him a quarterback or two!
He’s the 21st century of Robert Perry, “the Fridge,” only bigger. I hope he can control his weight, for his health’s sake as well as his possible football career.
He went as an UDFA to the Bucs.
