Ingredients: Red Habanero Peppers, Vinegar, Carrots, Onion, Salt, Garlic and Vegetable Gum(or some kind of thickener)
Seems easy enough to come close to and no stores near me carry it so with shipping, it gets a little pricey, especially since my son, with his autistic flavor buds, uses it like ketchup. Carrots, vinegar, onion, salt, garlic are cheap enough and growing my own habanero peppers makes them cheap and more importantly, available. I think I've seen them in the store once. Not much for food selection here in rural flyover country.
This recipes looks pretty darn close to the ‘Yucatan Sunshine’ sauce. Don’t hurt yourself making it!
