Growing up I never got any with sugar, always had to add it. Corn Flakes, Wheaties, Cheerios, Puffed Rice, Puffed Wheat, Chex, Bran Flakes, (unfrosted) Mini Wheats...

FALSE.

Bit is not a phrase. It is a common word and cannot be trademarked.

Trademark protection only extends to products that might reasonable be confusing to the public. No one is going to confuse a cereal with a cryptocurrency.

Also, a court recently ruled that Bit2Me does not infringe on the Bitzcoin trademark.
