Looks like a healthy mall. Didn’t see any empty storefronts.
There was a mall like that near me. It was doing very well. Then the owners made a fatal error. They put a bus stop at one entrance.
A year a cop told me to avoid the place on Friday evenings and on the weekends.
The mall is closed and abandoned now. That bus stop might not have had everything to do with it. But it certainly had a lot.
