PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — A rally held on March 23 at Terry Schrunk Plaza in Portland called for the Trump administration to halt deportations and "keep families together". Organized by Portland Contra las Deportaciones and other activist groups, the event drew a crowd of all ages.
Omar Gil, an organizer for the group, emphasized the rally's purpose: "Keep protesting, keep demanding for an end to deportations, stop separating families. Standing up to Trump's racist agenda." He added, "People are scared but it's not time to hide, it's time to show up and show out. I think it's important to bolster and show the community there's no reason to be afraid, you have people standing behind you, people ready to support you."
Participants held signs urging an end to deportations orchestrated by the Trump administration.

IF THEY ARE ILLEGAL ALIENS, ARRESTEM AND DEPORTEM!
Wow, the media found a new way to obfuscate. Now it’s a “crowd of all ages.”
Can’t say that ten people showed up to the big rally can we?
They demand?
Well they did get some publicity out of it so we can point and laugh.
Seems like a lack of enthusiasm is present.
We need the jobs in the USA and would have no means of taking take of ourselves if immigrants willing to work for a bit less gobbled them up.
If you come from Honduras and work construction in the USA, you can work construction in Honduras and make it a better place.
Crap in one hand, and “Demand” in the other. See which hand fills up first.
We had a rally in my driveway Saturday demanding the end to the formerly American city called Portland Oregon.
No body actually took the time to create a protest poster
Is Xi on the Prtland City Council, or is it too militant for President of Red China?
Wow, a massive crowd supporting this idea. Causes me to tremble.
Then send ALL of the illegals to Portland. They want this, then give it to them, good and hard.
The President of Red China is first and foremost a businessman. Mao he isn't.
Fat dude with his bottled water and a cowbell...
Many of us have family members separated by thousands of miles.
The distance between Honduras and Chicago is less than that between NY and LA.
Portland Contra las Deportaciones. Now there’s a collective you can build a civilization around. /s

I wonder who’s funding that NGO?
I wonder how much they’re getting paid 🤔
Looks like a dozen people, and this makes news?
No
If enough invaders come and stay, we’re going to have to end things like property taxation.
You and your family can pay for your K-12 schooling and medical care yourselves.
