Incorporated July 8, 2021 That’s right after Alvin Bragg won a close, heated democratic primary for Manhattan DA. (see https://www.cityandstateny.com/politics/2021/06/2021-manhattan-district-attorney-primary-election-results/182746/ ) - with everybody knowing that the winner would inherit the investigation of Trump that former DA Cyrus Vance declined to prosecute because Michael Cohen was a non-credible source.
In mid-2019 E Jean Carrol made her accusations of Trump raping her. In May of 2021 New York changed the law to temporarily allow lawsuits outside the statute of limitations. When the jury found Trump not guilty of rape, Judge Lewis Kaplan said that it was still rape even though the accusation didn’t meet the legal definition for rape.
There was a whole lotta legal wrangling going on in DC and New York around then. I think it is VERY likely that ex parte collusion was going on, and this “non-profit” group used the presence of innocent bystanders (who are now saying the group is no big deal) to legitimize very likely ex parte communications with no paper trail.
Before Obama’s 2nd election Dennis Montgomery was contracted by James Clapper and John Brennan to write software to be used with a newly-upgraded supercomputer. The software was to enable undetectable downloading of complete databases and uploading of altered databases. Montgomery says this was done multiple times on the Hawaii DOH database and the Florida election database. It was also to be used to spy on all the communications and financial transactions of reporters, lawmakers, judges, and justices (including John Roberts and IIRC Justice Alito) - and Montgomery says the spying was for extortion purposes. If that information was used by the intelligence (cough) services to extort judges and then install them in powerful positions, they would want to do that through communications without a paper trail. Clapper and Brennan would have known that the NSA has everything except face to face conversations that weren’t being bugged. This group provided the perfect opportunity.
Why are they deleting their public records even as Bad Kitty is researching?
Also, keep in mind that the particular DC group is NOT listed as one of the American Inns of Court but is listed as a non-profit incorporated on July 8, 2021 but is not registered as a non-profit - which seems a bit strange for a group of lawyers and judges. Their last update was on Jan 20, 2025 - a strange date for a quarterly update.
In a previous post I gave additional information that shows both an intel community plan to extort federal judges/justices and legal collusion to make possible totally lawless suits against Donald Trump. Please read that. I think it was William Casey who said that the only form of communication that he would ever use for something important is face to face, because everything else is captured.
Just as terrorists use children as shields, corrupt people use legitimate organizations to hide their corrupt activity. (Heck, have you heard of USAID? Social Security Administration? All these NGO’s that are taking millions in tax dollars to feed African children at $1200/plate? Wake the heck up!!) The people who vouch for this organization’s harmlessness have no idea what is going on in the back rooms before and after the presentations - yet they are willing to run cover for the group as if it was not a breeding ground for corruption.
Just based on the E Jean Carrol case against Trump, it is almost certain that NY lawmakers and the lawyers for E Jean Carroll - and probably the DOJ and other Deep State players out to get Trump (and who developed their “insurance plans” to make sure Trump would be hamstrung, which we are seeing on steroids right now and including John Roberts) - worked together to make all the illegal lawfare against Trump possible. These prosecutors, judges, and the system that didn’t randomly assign cases as required by law broke nearly every law or legal principle in the book in these cases against Trump. You don’t think that was all coincidence, do you?

Any collusion is being done on the QT, by a very small, very select, group.
Also keep in mind that Clinton’s “Magnificent Seven” (DC District judges that Clinton appointed) met monthly at a restaurant to decide who would be “randomly” (cough) assigned the cases involving Clinton and his cronies. Those judges were very frequently overturned on appeal but they allowed time for the propaganda, threats, suicides, etc.
The left learned by the exposure of this extra-legal “Magnificent Seven” crap that you can’t have a publicly identifiable group that only includes the crooks. You have to have a public excuse to meet that includes some innocent people - the more, the better, because it is less likely then that the crooks will be singled out.
Another consideration with all this is that the award that John Roberts got was from a BRITISH branch. The UK is Five Eyes. They agree to do in each other’s countries what the laws in those countries forbid the intel communities to do on their own citizens. If there is interaction between the British and American branches of this group, then this not only provides cover for the US intel community to extort judges and justices as Clapper and Brennan planned to do using Montgomery’s software, but it also provides cover for FIVE EYES to coordinate their activities without a paper trail and with a seemingly-innocent reason for face to face contact.
Maybe when the story first came out the title of “secret society” was overblown, but now that they are deleting all the public records - much of which was postings by attendees and the comments about events on social media - I think the term is now accurate.
And regardless of what you call it, I think it’s way past time for somebody to be pointing out the coordinated lawfare against Trump and the kinds of avenues that make that possible. To get rid of this cancer we need to know where it’s growing and how it takes hold. The history from Clinton’s “Magnificent Seven” should have caused us to research and deal with all this.
The person in the New York court system who is supposed to assign cases randomly has already admitted that all the cases stemming from Jacks Smith were DELIBERATELY given to one judge - Juan Merchan, whose daughter made lots of money off of those cases. This is illegal as Hell, but is openly admitted. That’s how bad this collusion is - and how in-your-face-what-ya-gonna-do-about-it. They were emboldened by the fact that we KNEW Clinton’s “Magnificent Seven” were ignoring the random assignment requirement to divvy up the cases as they saw fit.
It’s way past time to get a handle on this crap. At this point, I see no reason for anybody who is subjected to the legal system in at least DC and NY to have ANY confidence that justice will be done.
Another thing. Kathy Hochul said that NY businessmen didn’t need to fear the Trish James prosecution of Trump for “falsifying financial records” because Trump is the only one who would ever be charged with it.
How could she know that?
