When I was kid about 60 years ago they would have stories in the paper of Little League treasurers who embezzled or little old lady check forgers being found guilty in court and then sent to jail. This was in Worcester County, Ma. That system is now quaint and not used anymore. When we allowed the standards to drop we got a whole new world. And it is not better. The criminal in the article is proof of that.
